04:48 pm - I'm two now
2005 was a crazy year. Mom and Dad get separated and mom and I live with Nana and Papa Thorsen for a couple months. Now Mom and I live in Tigard near Cindy (my sitter) in an apartment. I went swimming, to my first petting zoo where everything was a doggie, to Thanksgiving at Great Aunt Oreo's house and Christmas. I was having fun helping Nana wrap presents on Christmas Eve and didn't want to go to bed so I crawled out of the bed and came out to help again. It was at least midnight before I went to sleep. Luckily, Santa hadn't come yet.
Gee, I wonder what 2006 is going to bring.

Sorry I haven't updated in a long time - I've been busy growing! I can say a bunch of new words now - vaccum, nana, phone no no, doggie and many more! One of my favorite things to do is talk on the phone - I love when Aunt Beck calls - all I do is tell her phone no no and she giggles. Here is a few recent pictures of me.( Read more... )

Dad gave me squash and I made faces at Grammy.

What a year it has been! After being born during an ice storm Jayden had quite and adventurous year. He met his Great Grandma Ohda, Great Great Aunt Lynne, Great Aunt Shawna and cousins Rebeccah and Travis. He also had his first taste of milk, juice, real food and whipped cream (??). Jayden also had his first boo boo, putting his parents and grandparents into a frenzy. He pulled his high chair on top of himself cutting his nose and getting stitches. Now he’s turning one year old. Who knows what the next year will hold!

09:08 am - Chapter One
Jayden Scot Calkins was born 1/9/04 in Tualatin, OR. Weighing in at 8lbs, 7oz and 21.5" long, he has blonde hair, blue eyes (of course) and is just as cute as can be! Parents;Jen & Bruce, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, cousins, etc. are very proud.
